When freezing starts the phase transition heatflow is very large:
The bottle temperature change 5°C in less than 10 s. Heat released is 10 kWs. Heatflow during 20s is 500W.
(The soft on set is not measured, it is caused by curve fitting made by Excel.)

Freezing point depression caused by CO2 (and minerals): -0.176 °C
